Walls of Muirthemne
Again, this level doesn't really have any easter eggs that we know of yet. But it's got a couple novelties, at least.
As the level begins, we get control of Trow or the first time in the entire Myth series, a wet dream come true for many lemurs out there. We also see the third occurrance of paratroopers in the whole series, this time for the new Dwarven Mortar units.
Here we see the ruined city walls for which the level is named. Notice the Ghols with cannons on the barracks, and the spider symbol in the distance.
These engraving were no doubt placed here by the spider-worshipping Smiths of Muirthemne, around whom whole cults of spider-worshippers grew in old Muirthemne.
There's some cool destructable models placed along the walls, to give function to the breaches you must blast to win.
When you finally enter the walls, you will meet up with Herod, the first shade in Myth II.
And finally, if you take the time to look around inside the old city, you will see these half-buried pyramid-type things. The Cath Bruig seem to have taken a lot from Egyptian culture, most notable the obsession with herons, cranes, and ibises, all of whom represent the Egyptian phoenix, a symbol of rebirth.
